"School Fun Run brings in all of our community. It's a really tremendous, and probably, our paramount most community engagement event that we have in a year.

“This has been such an amazing event for our community, not only are we raising money that will go to a good cause, but we are also bringing together our community as a whole.

“I am director of student well-being here at Concordia and we really look after their social emotional physical well-being.

“Online fundraising was so easy and we've got a very multicultural school, so they were able to send the links to their relatives all over the world. Family and friends everywhere just paid online, easy as!

“As a school spirit building day it's absolutely fantastic. Brilliant! All the community got involved, staff involved, students, people that don't normally come to this school, local businesses who come in. Absolutely brilliant! Lots of lots of fun, colour, and excitement.

“I think the children and the parents will be really disappointed if we don't hold another colour fun run.

“Today was the most amazing day! I think today went perfectly, I couldn't ask for a better day. The weather was fine, the parents all turned up, the teachers were involved, the grounds-man was involved, all the staff and the community were involved.
